She has more than ten (10) years of experience in the Halal Industry and is a certified HRDF-Malaysia Trainer. She initiated and led the module development for HDC Training Programme, for the Halal Industry together with local and international experts and involved in the planning of Halal Industry human capital development under Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC). She has also conducted several training programmes such as ISO 9002, GMP, Total Quality Management (TQM), and 5S Training. She also conducts training for Halal Verified Engine (HVE), and the newly developed system Halal Application Approval System (HAAS) by DagangHalal.
